Digi-Tall ECO Package
This package is similar to our Digi-Pak for CDs, but taller. This is the “Cadillac” of DVD packaging. The sleek, impressive presentation includes:

- 4-color printed, UV-coated Digi-Tall wallet
- clear, black or white plastic tray to hold disc
- packaging and shrink wrap
- 1/2 hour of graphic time included in every package!

Digi-Star ECO Package
This brand new, revolutionary design is similar to the Digi-Pak but includes multiple trays for adding additional discs. This is a more cost-effective way to hold more discs without having to increase the number of panels in your Digi.
The sleek, cost-effective package includes:

- 4-color printed, UV-coated Digi-Tall wallet
- clear plastic swing trays to hold disc
- packaging shrink wrap

*DVD Booklets & Slip Cases
Digis come with a literature option inside the case. Booklets are printed with 4-color process on 100-pound gloss stock, with black and white printing on inside pages. Full color throughout the entire booklet pricing is available upon request.
Printed Slipcases for your Digi are also available upon request. These are great for keeping the components of your project enclosed and protected long after shrinkwrap has been removed.

Note: Short Digis and wallets are typically used with CDs, but also make great DVD packages, and they are a little cheaper! If interested in this style of wallet/Digi for your DVDs, please call for a quote!
Proofs
We will supply you with a PDF or laser printed copy of your disc-art for proofing purposes. The Pantone colors that you choose are able to be verified by referencing a PMS color book.
For full color silkscreen jobs, we recommend a high-quality sherpa proof, available for an additional $50.00.
Check discs (actual printed sample discs) are available for $150.00.
Hi-res sherpa proofs for Digis are available upon request for $100.00.
Hi-res sherpa proofs for booklets are available upon request for $80.00.
Add only $50.00 set up to the package price for full color silkscreen or $75.00 for full color offset print!
Turn times for DVDs are generally 7-10 working days from final artwork approval. This may vary according to workload and seasonal demand (the Thanksgiving-Christmas crunch, for example). We will always do our best to meet our quoted deadlines, but please understand that there are many things that can affect the timing of a project. Please let us know your special requests and needs regarding deadlines as well in advance as you can.
Up to, but no more than, a 10% possible overrun may apply with your DVD orders. This 10% margin also applies for a possible shortage. In either case, at least a 1% overage will be included on your order, at no cost: this is for quality control purposes, to cover any defects in product that can sometimes occur in shipping.
