World Class is proud to offer several kinds of eye-catching, “earth-friendly” packaging. These largely or totally plastic-free packages are made from cardboard and constructed to protect your discs while reducing the amount of non-biodegradable material produced. ECO packages provide a slick,
“modern” look and are lighter than traditional plastic jewel cases, so they are cheaper to mail and incur less damage on the way. (No more cracked cases!) They also look very professional and really cool!
Our white gloss stock is already made of 40% recycled paper and our matte white stock is 90% recycled! If you need the 100% “brown paper bag” look traditional associated with recycled paper, please call us for quotes. At present, this paper is unfortunately only cost-effetive at packages starting at 1000 pc. For packages under 1000
we can recreate the look of this paper in the graphic department.

Proofs
We will supply you with a PDF or laser printed copy of your disc-art for proofing purposes. The Pantone colors that you choose are able to be verified by referencing a PMS color book. For more vivid or “true” color we recommend laying down a flood of white on the disc first. This requires an additional $25.00 set up fee. Add only $50.00 set up to the package price for full color silkscreen or offset print!
If you require a hard-copy proof, we recommend a high-quality sherpa for an additional $50.00. Check discs (actual printed sample discs) are available for $150.00.
Hi-res sherpa proofs for inserts/traycards and Digi-paks are available upon request for $100.00.
Turn times for Eco packages generally takes a little longer than standard CD packages because of the extra labor involved in putting the materials together. We try to ship approximately 8-12 working days from final artwork approval, but this may vary according to workload and seasonal demand (the Thanksgiving-Christmas crunch, for example). We always do our very best to meet our quoted deadlines, but please understand that many variables can affect project timing, so please let us know if you have any special requests or concerns regarding deadlines, well in advance.
Up to, but no more than, a 10% possible overrun may apply with your CD orders. This 10% margin also applies for a possible shortage. In either case, at least a 1% overage will be included on your order, at no cost: this is for quality control purposes, to cover any defects in product that can sometimes occur in shipping.
