*Duplicated CDRs should come back exactly like the master provided. Please note that some masters may not translate data into the burners properly and may require an extra transfer step. You will be notified before any additional work is necessary and if additional charges will be incurred.
Masters provided on DAT, Reels or cassette will need to be transferred to a CDR master first. Cost will depend on the length of the program and will be discussed in advance. We may require you to listen to a test copy in advance of the duplication run as well.
We use the highest grade of CDRs for duplication. Please be advised that some CD players will not play CDRs. If you have an old machine, it may not recognize the media. Some players just don’t like certain brands of CDRs. It’s pretty rare these days, but occasionally problems do happen. Please test your CDR on a few different machines to determine whether or not there is an actual defect in your product. Compact discs are made in a way that is recognized universally, with all disc players. This may be the better option if you are concerned and have more time.
